The first two annuities have to be paid at the moment of filing. The first maintenance fee is due for the third year. The maintenance fees shall be due in respect of the third year and each subsequent year calculated from the filing date, maintenance fees for a patent/patent application in respect of the coming years are due on or before the day of the anniversary of the date of filing of the application.
