The term of registration is 5 years counted from the
appliaction date. The registration may be renewed for an
additional term of 5 years. A renewal can be filed 6
months prior the due date. A 6 month grace period is
provided for filing a renewal application.
If any required document has not been submitted, the
office will notify the applicant to that effect and will
establish a term of 2 months in which to remedy that
situation.
If the assignment or change of name/address has not been
recorded with the office, renewal must be filed in the
name/address of the owner of record.
