NULLITY

The nullity action can be based on the following reasons:

- The registration requirements have been breached.
- The mark was applied for in bad faith.
- The registered trademark is identical or similar to a well-known trademark or    distinctive sign.
- The registration is based on wrong or inaccurate statements.

The nullity action is imprescriptible an its effects, once it has been declared, have a retroactive nature.
