Against any decision of the Office, an Appeal before the Popular Provincial Court of Habana City can be lodged within 30 days counted from the Office’s notification date.

The owner of a trademark right may initiate court proceedings before The Popular Provincial Court of Havana City against any person who has infringed this right.
